Great Victory. Height to Be Kept at Any Price!

09.05.2015 | 00:00 | Yuriy RUBTSOV

…Karlshorst is a locality in the borough of Lichtenberg in Berlin. The ceremony was taking place on May 9, 1945, 0.43 Moscow time, in the former dining room of a ‘Pionier-Schule’ (military academy of the Germany army) in Berlin – Karlshorst. The unconditional surrender of Germany was signed by General Feld Marshal Wilhelm Keitel, the chief of Supreme Command of the Armed Forces, General Admiral Georg von Friedburg, the supreme commander of the navy, Colonel General Hans-Jürgen Stumpff, a representative of the air force. Marshall of the Soviet Union Georg Zhukov, who chaired the ceremony, asked the German delegation to leave the room. Then he cordially congratulated the representatives of allies…

Reparations from World War II: That Case Is Not Yet Closed

08.05.2015 | 13:00 | Valentin KATASONOV

…Reparations from the era of the Second World War have not reemerged as a subject of discussion since 1975 when the Helsinki Accords were signed. However, in the late twentieth century the West unilaterally shattered the Yalta-Potsdam system of international relations and circumvented the precepts that had been formalized in the Helsinki Accords in 1975. With this in mind, it makes sense to refresh our collective memory regarding the history of German reparations and resubmit the bill that resulted from that war, which Germany has never paid in full.

Cruz, Paul, Clinton and Rubio

08.05.2015 | 00:00 | Arkady DZIUBA

Despite the fact that the US presidential election is still a year and a half away, the race has already begun…Clinton’s candidacy seems to be a success for the Democrats. Despite the voters’ overall disillusionment with the policies of the Democratic administration, Clinton outstripped every potential Republican candidate in all of the April polls. Her advantage is fairly small, however, and in the case of 52-year-old Rand Paul it is close to zero. The big battle for the position of US president is still to come.

Reparations from the Second World War. Stalin’s Generous Gesture

07.05.2015 | 11:41 | Valentin KATASONOV

Of all the harm inflicted on all the Allied countries (the Soviet Union, United States, Great Britain, and France) during the Second World War, approximately half occurred in the USSR…At the Yalta Conference in February 1945, Stalin suggested that Germany pay a total of $20 billion in reparations, anticipating that half of that sum ($10 billion) would go to the Soviet Union – the country that had made the greatest contribution to the victory and endured more than any of the other nations in the anti-Hitler coalition. With some conditions, Franklin D. Roosevelt and Winston Churchill agreed to Josef Stalin’s suggestion…In fact, the German reparations that the USSR agreed to accept would barely provide compensation for a mere 8% of the direct damages inflicted upon the Soviets. And the costs of only 2.8% of the total damages were recouped. This appeared to be a generous gesture on Stalin’s part.

Act of Surrender Signed in Reims. “Not to Be Cancelled or Recognized”

07.05.2015 | 01:45 | Yuriy RUBTSOV

More and more countries refuse to mark the Victory Day on May 9 as they used to do. Poland was the last to cancel the Day of Victory and Freedom on May 9 in favor of the national Victory Day to be celebrated on May 8. It is done to diminish the role of the Soviet Union in achieving the victory and forming the world system after the war… Even the countries and politicians friendly to Russia seek explanations to justify their decision to cancel the historic date for the sake of Euro-Atlantic solidarity. For this purpose they use the event that took place in Reims before the Act of unconditional capitulation of Germans was signed in Karlhorst on May 9.

Donors Conference on Ukraine – Stretching Out Hand for Miserable Pittance

07.05.2015 | 00:00 | Dmitry MININ

The Europe-Ukraine summit was a frustration for the Kiev’s regime. The donors’ conference that followed on April 28 ended up in total failure. Suffice it to say that the very word “donors” lost any meaning…Those who gathered at the meeting called it a conference on Ukraine’s reforms, the changes to be supported in words with no financial obligations to follow… No serious creditors appeared. The Ukrainian government had assured that China, India and Saudi Arabia were willing to invest. But they ignored the event. True, Beijing really had said before that it set eyes on big investment opportunities in Ukraine but now it reacts to the recently adopted law on “decommunisation”…

Breslau and Dresden to Be Liberated After Berlin

06.05.2015 | 00:02 | Yuriy RUBTSOV

…Germany was losing one line of defense after another; the government led by Karl Dönitz replaced the government of Hitler who committed suicide. Berlin fell. But the forces concentrated in Breslau continued to resist. There were different reasons. The Goebbels propaganda promised a “miracle weapon” to change the tide of war. There were hopes the anti-Germany alliance would split apart leading to the start of separate talks between Germany and Anglo-Americans

The Economic Price of the Soviet Victory in the Great Patriotic War

06.05.2015 | 00:01 | Valentin KATASONOV

The West continues to disavow the USSR’s momentous contribution to the defeat of Nazi Germany and her satellites. But there is documentary proof that can refute any speculation on this subject. Suffice it to point to the economic price of the victory won by the people of the Soviet Union…The USSR bore the burden of 53% of all the military expenditures and direct economic damages to the four victorious countries (USSR, USA, Great Britain, and France). Stalin was exactly right when he suggested at the Yalta Conference that half of all the German reparations should be paid to the Soviet Union…

Berlin – 70 Years After

05.05.2015 | 00:02 | Natalia MEDEN

The battle for Berlin was over on May 2. The garrison capitulated. The City Hall held a routine meeting in the building of Berlin Senate. Foreign Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier was the only high-profile politician to attend. Others found no time. The 70-year old events are painted in Germany as if there was no war, actually…
If an alien got into the Senate building and heard the speech of the Foreign Minister, he would fail to understand what kind of war ended 70 years ago and if Germans had any guilt at all…

Anglo-American Money Owners Organized World War (II)

05.05.2015 | 00:01 | Valentin KATASONOV

The Bank of International Settlements (BIS) played an important role during the Second World War. It was created as an outpost of American interests in Europe and a link between Anglo-American and German businesses…Switzerlandbecame the place where gold seized by Germany in different corners of Europe was transported to for storage. In the March of 1938, when Hitler captured Vienna, part of Austrian gold was transferred to BIS vaults. The same thing happened with the gold of Czech National Bank (48 million USD). As the war started, the flows of gold poured into the Bank of International Settlements. Germany got it from concentration camps and as a result of plundering the wealth of occupied countries…

Anglo-American Money Owners Organized World War II (I)

04.05.2015 | 11:19 | Valentin KATASONOV

The war was not unleashed by frenzied Fuhrer who happened to be ruling Germany at the time. WWII is a project created by world oligarchy or Anglo-American “money owners”. Using such instruments as the US Federal Reserve System and the Bank of England they started to prepare for the next world conflict of global scale right after WWI. The USSR was the target…
There were key figures behind the plot: the Rockefellers, the Morgans, Lord Montagu Norman (the Governor of the Bank of England), Hjalmar Schacht (President of the Reichsbank and Minister of Economics in the Hitler’s government)…

U.S. State Department Pettier and More Vindictive than During Cold War

04.05.2015 | 11:14 | Wayne MADSEN

The U.S. State Department under Barack Obama has become more petty and vindictive diplomatically than at any time in recent history, including during the Cold War. The actions of U.S. diplomats in pressuring heads of state and government not to attend the May 9 Victory over Nazism commemoration in Moscow, coupled with the U.S. leaning on countries to recognize Kosovo while warning them not to recognize Abkhazia or South Ossetia, is unprecedented in its vitriol

ISIL is Using Ukraine as a Forward Base into Caucasia and as for Entry into Europe

04.05.2015 | 00:26 | Mahdi Darius NAZEMROAYA

While Syria and Iraq are being used as stepping stones by the US against Iran, these two fronts are also being used as stepping stones to infiltrate the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasian Federal District in the Russian Federation too… One of the goals of the foreign fighters helping the ultra-nationalists in Ukraine is to use Ukraine as a base to reignite a new front in the Caucasus… Russia and its allies alone will not be threatened. If the European Union thinks that it will be immune, it is wrong. Like Libya, a genie has been let out of the bottle with the spreading of weapons in Ukraine…

Does Normandy Four Group Need Another Member?

03.05.2015 | 09:34 | Natalia MEDEN

The US Ukraine policy boils down to some basic elements. In words Washington supports the Minsk agreement reached by Russia, Germany, France and Ukraine. It regularly accuses Moscow of being in violation of the agreement. At the same time it renders military aid to Ukraine and does its best to get European allies involved into the process. The State Department has recently confirmed the words spoken by John Tefft, U.S. Ambassador to Russia, who said that the participation of U.S. President Barack Obama in future rounds of “Normandy Four” negotiations on Donbass is possible

The ISIL is in Ukraine: America’s «Agents of Chaos» Unleashed in Eurasia

03.05.2015 | 00:00 | Mahdi Darius NAZEMROAYA

The US also has an order of operations with which to takeout these countries. Iran is first, followed by Russia, with China as the last part of the Eurasian set comprised of this «Eurasian Triple Entente»… The «constructive chaos» that is being unleashed in Eurasia will eventually wreck havoc in India. If New Delhi thinks that it will be left alone, it is foolishly mistaken. The same agents of chaos will plague it as well. It too is a target like China, Iran, and Russia…
