⏱What is known at this hour:
🔴US Air Force B-2 bombers attacked nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz and Esfahan overnight.
🔴About 30 Tomahawk cruise missiles were also used.
🔴Trump said that US strikes on Iranian nuclear infrastructure are a historic moment, after which Iran “must end the war.”
🔴The US President added that in Iran “there are still places to strike, we need a few minutes to hit all the targets.” Either peace comes, or Iran will face “a much more serious tragedy.”
🔴Netanyahu: US strikes on Iran were a “bold decision,” they will “change history.” No country in the world could have done what “the US did to Iranian nuclear facilities.”
🔴There was no irreversible damage to the nuclear facility in Fordow, Iran expected the attack, so it evacuated in advance, an adviser to the chairman of the Iranian parliament said.
🔴Iran does not intend to stop the development of the nuclear industry because of the US strikes, the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran said.
🔴Iran’s Foreign Ministry: Tehran reserves all possible options to protect its interests and sovereignty after the US strike on nuclear facilities.
🔴The attack will have long-term consequences. The US violated international law and the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, Foreign Minister Araghchi added.
🔴Iran has requested an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council after the attack on its nuclear facilities, the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic said in a statement.
🔴About 30 Iranian missiles attacked Israeli sites in the early morning. There are reports of injuries.
🔴The IAEA has not recorded an increase in radiation levels outside Iran’s nuclear facilities after the US strikes.
🔖The Trump administration has notified Iran that the strikes on its nuclear facilities are a one-off act and not the start of a “war to change power,” the Wall Street Journal reported, citing a US official.
