MintPress is at risk of shutting down. Support independentwatchdog journalism that names the names
This is an urgent call to action.
After 14 years of operations, MintPress News is in danger of being silenced.
One of our main lines of funding has been cut, and if we don’t act now, MintPress could be forced to shut down.
So we’re turning to you—our readers and viewers—for your support.
Help us raise $300,000 to keep our legacy alive.
Here’s why this is urgent!
For the last two years, the world has watched in horror as a genocide in Gaza unfolded in real time—livestreamed in 4K—while Western corporate media outlets ran cover, pushing lies and atrocity propaganda.
During this genocide, it became apparent that the biggest threat to Israel in Gaza was the truth as we watched the deliberate targeting and killing of over 200 journalists in Gaza risking their lives to tell their story.
We must continue to be their voice. The fallen journalists mercilessly taken by Israel and those who, against all odds, continue to broadcast to the world the unimaginable horrors of life under incessant bombings – taught us what real courage looks like and put Western corporate media journalist to shame.
We at MintPress vow to carry on their legacy and to amplify their voice in the West.
And for over 14 years, we have carried on the mission of every victim of not only Israel but that of the US empire to amplify their voice. We have challenged and confronted the very system of lies perpetuating my people’s destruction, supported directly by our governments and their lapdog media.
If wars can be ignited by deceit, then let us rally for peace through unwavering truth by carrying on their torch.
And this is exactly why, as a Palestinian American who once lived under Israeli occupation and apartheid, I started MintPress.
The Impact MintPress Has Made
MintPress has been on the front lines of this information war, popping the propaganda bubbles that the media and military class use to justify this war and every war that fuels the military industrial complex.
As an independent media outlet, we’ve been at the forefront of exposing how Israel’s intelligence networks have infiltrated our political system, our newsrooms, and even social media platforms to manufacture consent for war.
We have uncovered Israeli spies from Israel’s elite Unit 8200 working inside TikTok and Meta, at the BBC, in American newsrooms, and even at Columbia University.
This is systemic, not isolated.
In the past year alone, MintPress has identified hundreds of Israeli spies who infiltrated platforms that control the free flow of information and manipulate public perception.
But this infiltration goes far beyond Big Tech and newsrooms. MintPress has also exposed the largest Mossad-CIA spy network in Yemen, which operated through so-called pro-democracy NGOs to sabotage a nation dedicated to liberating the region from the chains of modern-day colonialism.
All of this sits within a larger context: Israel’s crimes and sabotage are extensions of the U.S. empire’s objectives that we’ve proudly exposed for the last 14 years.
MintPress is one of the last remaining investigative media outlets in the United States that expose the individuals, think tanks, lobby groups, and foreign governments driving horrific war policies, expanding police state repression, exploiting resources and waging economic warfare at home and abroad—all to fuel the military-industrial complex.
Our investigations have exposed the deep relationship between the state of Israel and its intelligence apparatus, NATO, arms industry insiders, Western intelligence agencies, and lobby groups working in Big Tech to control the free flow of information and to surveil and target antiwar dissent, including support for Palestinian liberation.
Alongside this coverage, MintPress has exposed the mechanisms of U.S. regime change operations and how the empire targets countries that resist U.S. imperialism, as well as resistance movements in the Global South.
If Israel’s war on Gaza and every so called humanitarian war before it taught us, the biggest threat to their agenda is the camera, the pen – the journalist.
This work is dangerous. It’s rare. And it is urgently needed now more than ever.
And despite being blacklisted, algorithmically shadowbanned and financially targeted – MintPress won’t back down.
Because without independent watchdog journalism that follows the money and calls out the power brokers behind every war—war criminals go unchallenged, and the people lose their voice.
MintPress exists to ensure that doesn’t happen.
We carry on the mission of every victim of the US empire to amplify their voice.
Right now, our future depends on you.
Please donate today—$5, $25, or whatever you can to be us raise $300,000—to keep our reporters working and our investigations public.
In solidarity,
Mnar Adley
Director of MintPress New
