Speaking to Al Mayadeen, a senior Iranian political-security source affirmed that Iran remains fully prepared to deliver “severe and decisive strikes in response to any attack on its infrastructure,” stressing that its position is firm and immune to external pressure.

“Our decision is firm, and our vision is clear,” the source emphasized, and dismissed “conflicting media campaigns led by the US and international actors, including US President Donald Trump.”

Emphasizing that “military assessments of field developments remain unchanged,” the senior Iranian political-security source warned that Iran’s “determination to respond in kind is unwavering”.

Warning that the enemy continues aerial aggression, the senior source cautioned that “any aggression, no matter how limited, symbolic, or demonstrative, against Iran’s infrastructure” will be met with a “strong, amplified, and immediate response, without hesitation.”

The source also expressed “absolute confidence that such attacks are doomed to fail,” citing the country’s vast geography and the resilience of its strategically designed infrastructure, particularly critical systems like electricity transmission networks.
