Israel jails Palestinian woman for social media posts

Mai Younis has been sentenced to 12 months in jail and a fine of 25,000 shekels by an Israeli court for posts about Gaza on social media.

The richest 1% owns more than TWICE as much wealth as 6.9 billion people and the super-rich one percent of the world’s population has accumulated twice as much wealth as the remaining 90 percent, global charity Oxfam said in a newly-released report.
