Thames Water is in court, defending a £3bn bailout. Its profit-hungry owners have let the water network rot while they’ve racked up alarming debts. And now they want customers to pick up the tab through ever-rising water bills.

But there’s a way out. Steve Reed, the environment secretary, must stop the bailout and put Thames Water into special measures. Together we can put him under pressure and make him act. It only takes two minutes.
