At least 53 children have been killed due to malnutrition in Gaza, according to Munir al-Boursh, the Director General of the territory’s Health Ministry.
Al-Boursh condemned Israel’s deliberate starvation of Gaza’s population, stating, “Gaza’s children are now dying not only from bombs but also starvation.” In spite of the dire circumstances, healthcare workers continue their mission. “We are providing healthcare under the hardest, most extreme conditions,” al-Boursh said.
