Haitian lawyers condemn impunity for Sri Lankan soldiers raping children in Haiti

30 May 2015 — HLLN

— We shall not forget: Sri Lankan soldiers were found to have been systematically raping Haiti women and girls, some as young as 7 years old  We shall not forget that rape is a war crime in military conflicts and that the UN gives itself a chapter seven combat mission in Haiti.  If the UN had stop the impunity of the Sri Lankan soldiers in 2007 as demanded  by Ezili’s HLLN in Haiti, maybe the orgy of UN Sri Lankan rape in 2009 against small Tamil girls’ life and innocence would have been prevented.#BlackLivesMatter  Sri Lankan soldiers are still in Haiti. Our babies are still being put into brothels to service UN foreign troops of up to 52 nations. We who believe in decency cannot join in the carnival of Haiti men who say NOTHING to protect Haiti women and small children but are lining up to supervise the UN system in Haiti as puppet “president” or parliament for the occupiers. We shall not forget or sanitize US humanitarian imperialism in Haiti
We shall not forget at HLLN/Free Haiti Movement: Where did the 2008 back-to-back hurricane funds, the $3 billion managed by Bill Clinton as UN Envoy for rebuilding Gonaives, go?

We shall not forget:

Where did the $10 billion in raised quake monies go? -Tracking the Aid Money: Mission Impossible

The problem with most so-called “facts and fingers scholars” is the decontextualizing -analysis unhinged from white supremacy and its historical and fascist imperialism in Haiti, Africa, et al…. As you listen to this interview you’ll understand that most academia acting as “investigators” first premise is that US-Euro foreign aid, disaster aid are actuall
y non-political. That foreign intervention are not about Western genocide against African nations first or creating dependency, inhibiting local capacity.

If the researcher in this interview had just begun with going back just two years before the 2010 earthquake, she could see the same pattern and know it’s not some random happenstance, some anomaly that the crisis caravan /poverty pimps use Black and Brown people’s pain as a cash cow and to further depopulate for white supremacy. Wasn’t Bill Clinton also “rebuilding back better” after the Tsunami as UN special envoy. Why isn’t that a useful benchmark for analysis and pattern forming, why did the researcher have to start from “scratch” as she says?. Why wasn’t NGO aid history in Haiti a benchmark? Why wasn’t the 2008 back-to-back Haiti hurricanes fund “building back better” promises examined?

After the 2008 back-to-back hurricanes in Haiti, where did the $3 billion for rebuilding Gonaives Haiti, managed by Bill Clinton as UN Envoy, go to? Nothing was built back better in Gonaives Haiti. HLLN pointed this out when all these foreigners got to Haiti with this supposedly great emotional wish to “build back better!” Who does it serve when these random researchers begin with the NGO’s advertise premise of rushing in to “do good.”- Or, the emotional, overused, unsubstantiated bias she actually mouthes “there were good intentions all around.”!!!!

We shall not forget at HLLN/Free Haiti Movement: Where did the $10 billion in raised quake monies go? – Where did the 2008 back-to-back hurricane funds, the $3 billion for rebuilding Gonaives managed by Bill Clinton as UN Envoy go? Bill Clinton and US unfair bullying “free trade” cost Haiti 850,000 agricultural jobs and their export economy and sweatshop push brought the overpopulation in the area where the earthquake would take their life. We shall not forget Bill apologize for destroying Haiti local food sovereignty. But then as Secretary of State under Obama, Hillary Clinton, brought in Monsanto as a “gift” to Haiti farmers. We shall not forget, Haitians don’t have the luxury to sanitize or decontextualize humanitarian imperialism. #BlackLivesMatter (Listen at Tracking the Aid Money: Mission Impossible – https://soundcloud.com/tinyspark/tracking-the-aid-money-mission-impossible )
