South Africa’s case against Israel ignites Hasbara attacks w/ special guest human rights lawyer Kristen Zornada
The ongoing ICC and ICJ trials against the State of Israel and its ministers, Yoav Galant and Prime Minister Netanyahu, have ignited Hasbara attacks.
South Africa has brought a case before the International Court of Justice on the charge that the Israeli state is plausibly committing a genocide in Gaza. Karim Khan, chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, which prosecutes individuals, has recommended the issuing of arrest warrants for both Israeli and Hamas officials. We know that Israel is trying to get the US to pressure the ICC on their behalf not to let this happen.
