European ‘Peacekeepers’ to Ukraine?

Monday, 17 March 2025 — The New Dark Age

The Times reported that European nations are preparing to deploy over 10,000 troops to Ukraine as part of a “peacekeeping mission,” with the United Kingdom and France contributing a major share.

A UK military source revealed that the initiative has expanded beyond its initial three countries involved, with Prime Minister Keir Starmer securing support from over 35 nations for weapons, intelligence, and logistics.

“It will be a significant force with a significant number of countries providing troops and a much larger group contributing in other ways,” the source stated.

Meanwhile, Russia has strongly condemned the plan, warning that any NATO-affiliated troop presence, even under a peacekeeping mandate, would be considered a direct threat.
