Nearly 300 people signed up to join us for the “This is Repression: the State of Protest in 2024” report launch!

A video replay of our launch event is now available. We were joined by an expert panel of activists, organisers and campaigners from Palestine Action, Reclaim the Power, and the Climate Action Support Pathway to discuss their recent experiences on the frontlines of protest policing.

“This is Repression” is the first annual State of Protest report from Netpol. You can read the exec summary and key findings at Netpol.org/StateOfProtest.

We’ll be surveying groups and campaigners annually to map the current trends and tactics used by police to target and disrupt social movements, making sure we can learn from and better resist oppressive policing.
