Dr. Rana Zaiter, the head of Clinical Nutrition at Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat, exposed the reality behind the aid narrative in Gaza, telling Al Mayadeen that not a single shipment of medical supplies has reached the hospital.
She revealed that medical staff are starved and are only kept going by IV fluids. Dr. Zaiter slammed media claims of aid entering Gaza as propaganda, saying what little comes in is often looted or sold at outrageous prices.
“Nothing reaches us,” she emphasized. “It’s all just propaganda.”
