The New Dark Age

For many months now, I’ve watched Dr. Richard Wolff slowly advance his thesis that the Outlaw US Empire in an attempt to halt its decline having realized it cannot fulfill the Wolfowitz Doctrine or the plans laid out in Joint Vision 2010 or Joint Vision 2020 to attain full spectrum dominance of the world—become the sole Colonial Nation exercising hegemonic control over the entire planet—has adopted or perhaps retrogressed to attain what’s now known as the Colby Doctrine after Elbridge Colby, the U.S. Under Secretary of War for Policy, that was published within the National Security Strategy on 4 December 2025.

Dr. Wolff laid out his thesis without announcing it as such during his recent chat with Glenn Diesen that was titled “The New Phase of American Colonialism,” a must watch for all Humanity, and that’s not hyperbole. As a student of Drs. Wolff and Hudson, I’ve been trying to discern the direction of what I’ve now reduced to Outlaws, for that’s what they are, that control the Outlaw US Empire—what’s their plan given the empire’s clear decline, their clear racism and Zionist proclivities? That those are buried beneath continual lies and false narratives makes watching what’s being done and what was pronounced last December of paramount importance. Some aspects were already present prior to December many of which were reported to Gym readers, several being very ominous—the use of ICE to tear up the constitution along with the extrajudicial murders of innocents on the oceans, threats against most of Humanity, open economic war against China, the continuing support for Zionist Genocide in Palestine, and numerous other impeachable offenses that were mostly cheered on by Congress. As with his first term, Trump immediately failed to uphold his oath of office and destroy the law of the land. But for what many asked?

The almost immediate thrust by the Trump Gang was the reinstitution and escalation of the so-called Monroe Doctrine that was a deal made by Monroe’s Secretary of State John Quinct Adams and the European Imperialist/Colonialist powers primarily the British that the USA wouldn’t intervene in their Imperial pursuits provided they didn’t further theirs in the Western Hemisphere that was delivered in a piecemeal fashion in the 1823 State of the Union speech Adams wrote for Monroe, which at the time wasn’t recognized as a doctrine nor named after Monroe. Trump Gang supporters were quick to call this revitalization the Donroe Doctrine. Of course, any attempt to enforce such a doctrine in today’s world is a violation of the UN Charter and thus International Law. But as I’ve noted, the world’s been dealing with outlaws in the USA since 25 October 1945 and in several respects well before then—Imperialism/Colonialism is essentially theft that’s often combined with kidnapping and murder.

It’s important to look back on recent and not so recent Outlaw behavior beginning with the events that prompted the Wolfowitz Doctrine and spurred the idea that the US Empire could/ought to control the world just as Hitler wanted and Exceptionalism dictates. Reaching back to WW2 would also be needed since many within the Empire’s Deep State had designs on global control even then, which is why the Bretton Woods system was formulated as it was to ensure US global financial domination for as long as possible. Wolff’s thesis puts forth the truth that the Imperialist/Colonialist nations destroyed themselves during the two world wars and left their legacy to be picked up by the US Empire without any effort on its part. Nor did those nations have any power remaining to mount a challenge, although Keynes did his best at Bretton Woods—and what he proposed is often cited as what now must be done. The other part of the post WW2 formula was the Anti-Communist Crusade that was powered by domestic desires as much as imperialist quest. But the war against Russia would be put on hold, although support for fascist/nazi forces in Eastern Europe/Western USSR that was initiated as WW2 ended was continued until an opportunity to use them arose.

An examination of Outlaw US Empire behavior from 1900 onwards shows it consistently acting in its own interest regardless the morality involved—the ends justifying the means has always been the Empire’s norm. What it’s done is to feign friendship while making preparations to stab in the back. Europe’s recent experience and South America’s since the mid-1800s is proof. Kissinger’s observation about being the Empire’s friend is 100% correct. Today’s clear example is Ukraine. While externally it appears the Trump Gang wants to jettison EU/NATO, the opposite is true as it’s increased EU dependency on the Empire—creeping colonization for decades. Shortly after the SMO was launched, Putin observed that Europe was now a colony of the Empire, which I reported in this article I posted to my VK space, “Putin Agrees: Europe Has Lost Its Sovereignty,” that provided confirmation of several articles I’d previously written. Here’s what Putin had to say then (2022 SPIF):

Yes, now these contradictions are suppressed, “swept under the carpet”. Democratic procedures, elections in Europe – to be honest, sometimes you look at what is happening there, what forces come to power – all this looks like a screen, because political parties similar to twins change each other in power. However, the very essence does not change from this. The real interests of citizens and national business are being pushed further and further to the margins, to the periphery.

Such a separation from reality, from the demands of society, will inevitably lead to a surge in populism and the growth of extreme, radical currents, to serious socio-economic changes, to degradation, and in the near future to a change of elites. Traditional parties, as you can see, lose all the time. Some new formations appear, but if they are not much different from the traditional ones, they also do not have many chances for survival.

All attempts to make a good landmine with a bad game, all the talk about allegedly acceptable costs in the name of pseudo-unity cannot hide the main thing: the European Union has finally lost its political sovereignty, and its bureaucratic elites are dancing to someone else’s tune, accepting everything that they will be told from above, causing harm to their own population and their own economy, their own business. Three months later, the Biden Gang blew up the Nord Stream pipelines to further cement the Empire’s control—and no European objected. The upshot for today is EU/NATO is completely dependent on the Empire to the point where it makes tribute payments and finances the Empire’s war on Russia. That it protested Trump’s war on Iran caused Trump to briefly whine, but that didn’t last long. EU also provides full support for the Zionist Genocide and its war of expansion in Palestine and Levant. And I’ll note that is now done by Argentina and Colombia and is one reason why Maduro was kidnapped. (Other Latin nations are also compromised but not overly enough for me to have noted.)

Europe’s subdued and presents no threat to the Empire and is well managed by CIA allowing the Outlaws to focus on what Colby says is the #1 threat—China. T\rump’s efforts against China have all failed because China anticipated the Empire’s game because its leaders are excellent observers and students of history. Although it’s essentially a colony, South Korea prefers to do business with China, Russia and North Korea than fight them, and is thus of no real help to the Empire. Japan is a different story, but it’s also subject to a very tough restraint as a loser in WW2 just as Germany is. If either mounts a serious effort to remilitarize aggressively, the UN Charter allows for them to be attacked to negate that drive to remilitarize. And with Japan far more than Germany, that means negating its ability to make nuclear weapons which are the only means Japan could use to defeat China. Both nations were reminded of that very recently. China’s policy toward Taiwan sees the island eventually reuniting with the mainland, while China’s navy is more than capable of defeating the Outlaw US Empire’s navy now far more so than just a year ago because of Trump’s Iran folly.

One of China’s several countermeasures against Outlaw hegemony is its control over the rare earth supply chain as this recent Guancha article reports:

On August 5, for assisting and supporting illegal U.S. sanctions related to Xinjiang, China’s Ministry of Commerce added six U.S. entities, including the supply chain oversight agency “Responsible Business Alliance” (RBA), to the countermeasures list, banning domestic organizations and individuals from engaging in related transactions or cooperation activities.

Now, the Americans were stunned. On September 4 local time, Reuters cited sources saying that after the sanctions took effect, some Chinese rare earth suppliers have refused to ship to the U.S.—because continuing to cooperate with the RBA’s Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) supply chain audit would violate China’s ban.

For a long time, overseas regulatory agencies such as the RBA have deeply tied China’s foreign trade industry chain, leading international supply chain social responsibility audits in multiple industries including electronics, communications, automotive, power equipment, new energy, and non-ferrous metals. Many multinational companies have made this a requirement for supply chain access. After the ban takes effect, Chinese companies will no longer commission the aforementioned institutions to conduct relevant assessments.

As a result, things have become somewhat darkly humorous: the supply chain review tools the U.S. relies on to contain China have now become a roadblock for domestic companies to obtain rare earths. Reva Gujun, geopolitical strategist at Rongding Group, bluntly stated: “China is very effective at using rare earth export controls to restrain the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security.” [My Emphasis]

The Outlaw’s hegemonic hubris is powerless against China’s well thought, well planned counter measures, and they are many. The Empire feigns negotiations in an attempt to reverse the situation, but as soon as talks end new sanctions are levied that completely negate what was just gained, a process that’s happened at least six times since Trump returned to power. As with Iran, the Outlaws have a hard time implementing policy because of their hubris.

The continual failings with China and Russia leave the Outlaws with only one remaining choice to implement their megalomaniac policy—the Western Hemisphere. The war of words with Canada has escalated into a major Trade War and PM Carney has tools to retaliate. Something similar is likely to arise with Mexico after the November elections—if they take place. Many are saying the D-party will attempt to impeach and convict Trump for his many crimes, but that merely leaves many more criminals needing to face the same treatment—most of the Trump Gang including VP Vance. IMO, the lawless nature of the Outlaw US Empire and its Mafia-like government makes this unlikely to happen since the Ds are just as guilty. And that is why Dr. Wolff’s likely correct that what was once a republic will die as the lawless Empire—very much like the Roman—takes over and Fascism takes control.

I’m certain Dr. Wolff is unhappy with his conclusion as am I. There’s only one force capable of negating the Trump Gang and their D-Party allies—the American People. But will they be capable of tearing themselves away from their TV screens filled with college and pro football to do what needs to be done? Can they rid their minds of the insidious narratives that have polluted them since 1945? It’s not just the Zionists but the so-called Christian Nationalists who aren’t really nationalists at all. Perhaps the very shaky US financial system will collapse prior to November and put a spanner into the Trump Gang’s plans? Perhaps Dr. Wolff and I are wrong in our predictions? Perhaps Xi Jinping will tell Trump when he visits in a few weeks not to do what he has planned? How will the world react if Trump attempts to cancel the mid-terms by citing yet another lie as the reason for gaining the authority to do so? Lincoln didn’t cancel any elections during the Civil War.

The Outlaw US Empire has endured many criminal administrations manned by murderous thugs, but none as criminal as this one with its brazen Mafia behavior and massive corruption. The impunity they demonstrate is Hitlerian—I can’t find any other words to describe it. Some might say Dr. Wolff and I have Trump Derangement Syndrome, but we’ve looked at this historically and see the Trump Gang as a culmination of a continuum. In less than Sixty days we’ll know if the thesis is correct.
