The Housmans Supporters Card is now here! For £10 a year the card entitles you to attend all Housmans events free of charge, and receive a 10% discount on all purchases made in-store.
For your card either purchase online here, housmans.com/card.php, pick one up in-store, or try calling us on 020 7837 4473. If you are hoping to get one in-store please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours to get it made up, so either call in ahead of time, or alternatively we can post it out to you for a small covering charge.

From the New Year we are having a pretty extensive clearance sale, with lots of great books reduced to £1, £3, £5 and £7.50. There will be bargains galore, so be sure to bring some bags with you…

To mark the re-publishing of JA Hobson’s 1902 classic study of imperialism, our guest speakers will be discussing the work’s continuing influence and relevance to modern political thought.
5. ‘Restless Revolutionaries’ with Clive Bloom

Clive Bloom will be discussing attempts to overthrow the government and the monarchy from the 1790s to the present day, as told in his new book ‘Restless Revolutionaries – A History of Britain’s Fight for a Republic’.
