While beautifully presented, words don’t even come close to describing the brutality, the intentional viciousness of Israel. This Israeli massacre has been decades in the planning, a fact demonstrated in so many of its historic documents and called for by its leaders while allowing illegal colonial settlers to rampage daily carrying out the destructive intent of the rabidly racist Zionist ideology.

Agreed but it’s court of law not a soapbox tamarque. The presentations were eloquent and above all, convincing. Israel and its backers have to be exposed and convicted.

I am quite aware of the difference betw emotional vs legal positions.
However, the legal aspect has to be based on the extent of the horrors
perpetrated.Even in this S.A presentation they used the hospital white board as an
emotional visual example. There are so many other such facts that I
would have liked to seepresented as evidence. Am waiting to find access to the following
presentations after that of S. Africa.t

So what’s your point? The issue here is to convict Israel of crimes against humanity. No, the legal points are based on Israel’s actions as contraventions of international law.
