Palestinians are taking US President Joe Biden to court for supporting Israel’s genocide in Gaza
A collective of Palestinians and civil rights groups has taken legal action against the president for his complicity in the genocide in Gaza.
The lawsuit cites violations of international and federal law, seeking a court order to cease any further US military aid or diplomatic support to Israel.

Are they going to present an actual case or are they going to descend into patent hysterics? I understand their sentiments, but if they can’t put together an actual argument, what is the point?

Good, it’s Biden’s turn to get into legal trouble. He’s a direct party to the genocide because he has provided Israel with money and weapons to help their slaughter of Palestinians.
He really should be put on trial at the ICC.
