Dear Friend, You have already shown extraordinary generosity in supporting my case against the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. I am deeply grateful. Without you, we would not be where we are. The final hearing begins on 15 June 2026 and is listed for nine days at the London Central Employment Tribunal. We are almost there and I am writing now with one simple ask.
Please share this case with anyone you think should know about it. Whether that is a friend, a colleague, a union, a journalist, a civil liberties organisation, a faith community, a campaigner, or a public figure — if you think they would care about what this case represents, please pass it on. Word of mouth, a forwarded email, a post on social media: all of it matters. This case asks whether an NHS Trust can suspend an Arab doctor for his personal political views, while treating a white British doctor who expressed comparably contested views as a matter requiring only a quiet word. It asks whether the word “antisemitism” can be deployed — without investigation, without evidence, without showing the accused a single post — to end a fourteen-year career. The evidence is already on the record. The hearing is listed. The hearing is open to the public, both in person and virtually. Anyone who wants to attend or follow proceedings is welcome. Who Has Not Yet Responded I have contacted the following organisations seeking support, financial or otherwise. To date, none has responded. If you have any connection to them, or know someone who does, I would be very grateful if you could help open a door:
The silence from these organisations reflects, I think, the difficulty institutions have in engaging with a case that sits at the intersection of Palestine, employment law, and racial equality simultaneously. It makes individual support and individual reach all the more important. If there are also people in your network who might wish to contribute to the remaining costs of the hearing, the CrowdJustice campaign remains open: https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/dr-nadeem-crowe/ Thank you again for what you have already done, and for whatever you are able to do now. Truth belongs in the open, and you have helped put it there. Yours sincerely, Dr Nadeem Crowe |
