Margaret Kimberley, BAR Executive Editor and Senior Columnist
The treachery of the Black misleadership class knows no bounds. While Trump’s latest racist dog whistle about “born criminals” is condemned, double-talking scoundrels may pretend to be horrified while giving legitimacy and assistance to the racist police state.
Wednesday, 10 September 2025 — HART’S Substack

This is a guest article from Hugh McCarthy, who several HART members had the privilege to meet when we attended a meeting for the vaccine-injured in Stormont, in October 2024. The article appeared on Hugh’s Substack and also on UKColumn but it certainly bears repeating.

Tuesday, 9 September 2025 —Marginalia Subversiva
Note: This is not an isolated act. Israel has long used assassination as governance—drone strikes on resistance leaders in Gaza, killings of Palestinian intellectuals and organizers abroad, even targeted murders of foreign leaders who supported Palestine. Each strike is justified as “security.” Each strike is genocide by design. The U.S., underwriting and greenlighting these killings, turns assassination into policy. The latest executions during negotiations are not an aberration—they are the logical extension of a colonial regime that survives by murdering dialogue itself.

When the U.S. greenlit Israel’s assassination of Hamas leadership during negotiations, it sent a message to the world far louder than any “peace process” ever could: to negotiate with the United States (and its rabid client in Tel Aviv) is as dangerous as war.

In this translated article, Unité CGT — the left wing of France’s General Confederation of Labour (CGT) — has issued a call to action. Representing a significant portion of the CGT’s industry federations and departmental unions, the Unité CGT urges workers and their organizations to adopt the slogan “Bloquons tout!” (“Block everything!”) and paralyze France on Sept. 10. The strategy advocates for broadening the mobilization to include factory occupations and a general strike.

Only African unity—political, economic, and military—can overthrow the neocolonial regime. Nkrumah saw the future. The question is whether we’re ready to fight for it.

Saturday, 6 September 2025 — Struggle / La Lucha

On Sept. 2, President Trump released grainy footage of a speedboat erupting into flames on the high seas. Eleven alleged Venezuelan “narco-terrorists” had been vaporized, he announced triumphantly. No trial, no evidence, no due process — just a fireball and a press release.

Saturday, 6 September 2025 — The New Atlas
Despite campaigning to end US regime change wars abroad, President Trump has now waged war against both Yemen and Iran, continued the US proxy war in Ukraine against Russia, and is now mobilizing the US military to threaten (again) Venezuela with regime change in Latin America.
The pretext is allegations of “narco-terrorism” and claims Venezuela is flooding US borders with illicit narcotics. However, the same Trump administration creating this pretext has also claimed that not only has the US border been “secured,” illegal narco-terrorist drug gangs operating inside the US have been rounded up.
Both can’t be true – and in fact, neither is.
