9 November 2011 — IPRD

Following the successful UK premiere at the Leeds International Film Festival on Sunday of our documentary feature film, The Crisis of Civilization, we are delighted to announce that we will be holding our FREE 2 day Gala London Premiere at the Whirled Cinema in Camberwell.

We will be screening the film two nights in a row at 7pm on Tuesday the 29th, and Wednesday the 30th of November.

IPRD Executive Director Dr. Nafeez Ahmed, writer and narrator of the film, as well as Lucca Benney (artist/animator) and Dean Puckett (Director) will be in attendance to answer questions and introduce the film. We will also have copies of Dr. Ahmed’s book on which the film is based, A User’s Guide to the Crisis of Civilization: And How to Save It (Pluto/Macmillan, 2010), available for the exclusive discount price of £15.

The Whirled Cinema is a top-class and intimate venue with great character, so we are sure you’ll enjoy it. However, seats are limited and demand is very high, so please make sure to RSVP on info@crisisofcivilization.com to reserve your seat.

The screening is completely free and open to the public, and we warmly encourage you to invite and bring alone your friends and family. This is the first of many such events we are pushing forward in the capital.

We hope to see you there. Thanks, as always, for your interest and your support for what we do.

Warm regards
The IPRD Team
