This is as good as it gets on this, Miles’ birthday! Miles with John Coltrane on tenor saxophone, Paul Chambers on bass, Jimmy Cobb on drums and Wynton Kelly on piano plus a horn ensemble (that we don’t get to hear on this song). Coltrane’s solo is intense.
