Roughly he says: that yesterday night they “brought a newscast, where there were some pictures that showed violence and assaults against civilians, allegedly committed by Syrian security forces. Unfortunately the pictures did not come from Syria, and can therefore not be used as evidence for torture against civilians” And in the end he says that “they are sorry for the mistake”.
