Written by Frank Paparelli and Dizzy Gillespie in 1942, “A Night in Tunisia’ has since become a jazz standard. Charlie Parker, Art Blakey’s Jazz Messengers, Ella Fitzgerald, Sonny Rollins and Victor Wooten have all performed covers.
