Gaza Strip has been bleeding for already 50 years. Palestinian leaders change, the Israeli governments come and go, but the process never stops. This small chunk of land with the population of one and a half million people never leaves completely the world radar screen. It always follows the same kind of vicious circle. Sometimes the reports come saying Tel Aviv has finally decided to settle the Gaza problem. Normally such news are followed by new victims and damage inflicted by Israel and it all turns back to where it was. That’s what is happening this time too. No operation Solid Rock, as they call it, launched against Palestinians can stand in Gaza where there is no solid ground for a rock to stand on.
