Thursday, 28 May 2028 — Just Treatment
| Last night the SOS NHS coalition held an important online webinar to discuss the causes and impacts of corridor care in the NHS, and the solutions needed to end the crisis.
If you missed the call, don’t worry – you can watch a recording of it on our YouTube here.
Thanks to sustained campaigning by our movement, the issue of corridor care is getting more coverage and the government are no longer able to ignore it. They’ve committed to publishing data on the crisis and have pledged to end it altogether by 2029. But words are not enough – we need urgent action. So it’s time to demand it from our representatives. We’ve just launched a new letter-writing tool, which will ask MPs how their party would end the corridor care crisis, share an important policy briefing with them, and urge them to commit to concrete forms of action to increase the pressure on the government. Will you take action with us by writing to yours today? It only takes a few minutes! |

| We need as many people as possible to take this action, and report back on any responses you receive! That way we can build up a picture of where exactly different parties stand on this issue, and which politicians are open to working with us to push for action.
We’re also always looking for stories of patients who have been directly impacted by corridor care – whether it’s you or a loved one – as these voices and testimonials are one of the most powerful campaigning tools we have, and cut through in a way that statistics and policy alone just can’t. |
| Alongside our allies in the SOS NHS coalition, we will continue lobbying and organising until the national crisis of corridor care is ended once and for all.
Thanks so much for your support, Hope at Just Treatment |
