On Monday, the Employment Tribunal released its judgment in my landmark legal case against the University of Bristol.
I’m delighted to inform you that the Tribunal concluded I was wrongfully dismissed from my teaching position in October 2021, and that I was discriminated against because of my anti-Zionist beliefs.
This is not just a victory for me, but also for pro-Palestine campaigners across Britain.
Please watch my video message below:

With your help, this case has established that anti-Zionist beliefs should be protected under the Equality Act 2010.
Taking this vital case cost a lot of money. I currently have around £30,000 of outstanding legal fees, which I’m unable to claim from the University of Bristol.
So, if you’ve been concerned about growing censorship of the pro-Palestine movement, and you want to share in this important victory against the Israel lobby and Zionist movement, please donate to my crowdfunder above.
I want to thank everyone who has contributed to my fundraising efforts over the last couple of years. I couldn’t have done this without you.
Together, we have inflicted a monumental defeat on the Israel lobby. Fighting back works.
In solidarity
