Don’t Support the Troops – Bring Them Home

Politicians love nothing better than to pay tribute to “our troops,” especially those who have made “the ultimate sacrifice.” Yet those words stink of hypocrisy when one realizes that the same politicians create the conditions that then are used to justify invasions, occupations, and war in foreign countries.

Israel Deports 36 Activists, 82 Still Detained
IMEMC – Sunday July 10, 2011 – 22:20, The Israeli Immigration Agency reported Sunday evening that 36 pro-Palestine activists of the “Welcome To Palestine” campaign, who flew from Europe to Tel Aviv, were deported, while 82 activists are still detained awaiting deportation.

Palestinian Woman Wounded After Army Fired At Homes In Northern Gaza
