The next two weeks will be crucial in determining whether or not the corona virus, which has spread beyond China, will be classified as a pandemic. Even if it has not, the fact that is has infected hundreds of thousands of people, means it is now established in the human race. Therefore, it is not this winter, but next winter, which will determine how virulent it is. In the meantime, the virus has already sent the markets into intensive care.
