The world is being pushed to the abyss of a Third World War, one that could bring the final destruction of the planet and humanity.
This week, the 79th General Assembly of the United Nations was held on the brink of world war. It should prompt pause and inquiry why an organization formed 79 years ago at the end of World War Two to prevent future wars is such a failure.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky (L) and former US President Donald Trump met on September 27, 2024 in New YorkThe alignments of the endgame in the Ukraine conflict are surfacing as never before. If much remains in the realm of speculation still, that is largely due to the inflection point concerning the outcome of the US presidential election, which, orchestrated media propaganda against Donald Trump notwithstanding, is wide open.
The demand for reform is also supported by the Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and countries such as China which want greater representation from the developing countries in global decision making.

It is notable that, with the exception of Sarah Wilkinson, there is at least one connection between all the recent arrestees among journalists: They had all been guests on Palestine Declassified. (Al Mayadeen English; Illustrated by Batoul Chamas.
The British state clearly wants to find a way to scare British citizens away from supporting the legitimate right of the Palestinian people to resist occupation by all available means, including by armed struggle. This is their right under international law.
| The escalation of the far right has exposed the urgent need to build solidarity with migrant and refugee communities. When we are united in broad coalitions and movements we have the power to address structural issues.

Israel continued its aggression on Lebanon. (Photo: via social media)
There is no conceivable way that Israel’s recent attacks on Lebanon over the past week can be construed as self-defense unless you are being dishonest and are ideologically committed to defending Israel no matter what it does.
Why the rush and why not before? As any close observer already understood, or at least one that is worth his or her salt, the outcome of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict is not going to be in favor of Ukraine. All you have to do is tally the numbers in terms of men and equipment and then take a glimpse at Russian history for good measure. There is no step back now, as Stalin decreed in fighting fascist Germany.
Since its founding to the modern day, Israel has been shaped by a ‘gang state’ mentality, marked by unhinged violence and oppression that only deepens its cycle of instability – a history it seems unwilling to escape.
(Photo Credit: The Cradle)On 31 May 1948, a man born in Poland by the name of David Ben Gurion transformed the Zionist terrorist groups – Haganah, Stern, Irgun, and Palmach – into what would be called the “Israeli Defense Forces” (IDF). This man would go on to become Israel’s first prime minister, and his actions laid the foundation for what many describe as a settler-colonial state in Palestine.

On September 13th, an extraordinary document was released via litigation against the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. It is an August 2021 slide deck presentation by Britain’s shadowy, spook-infested Counter Disinformation Unit to the White House National Security Council’s Interagency Policy Committee, which regularly gathers Washington’s spying services together to coordinate on national security matters. The contents amply expose how London’s long-running use and abuse of security and intelligence agencies to warp online perceptions is, by design, spreading the world over.
