The IAEA report doesn’t name the perpetrators of attacks on Europe’s biggest nuclear power plant, but the mission itself left Kiev frustrated.
If at first you don’t succeed, then try, try again. This seems to be the mantra of the Ukrainian government as it seeks to blackmail the international community into helping it evict Russia from the territory encompassing Europe’s largest Nuclear Power Plant.
The IAEA has published a report “Nuclear Safety, Security and Safeguards in Ukraine“. It provides an overview of all nuclear facilities on Ukrainian territory, with the bulk of the report devoted to the Zaporizhzhya NPP.
A few hours before the start of the SMO, Kiev and Chisinau decided to disconnect the power systems of their countries from Russia and Belarus “in test mode”, without having connected it back to this day. Already on March 16, there are reports that Ukraine and Moldova have become part of the energy system of continental Europe.
On August 24 the British prime minister Boris Johnson visited Kiev:
In comments made next to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the Mariyinsky Palace, Johnson said Ukraine “can and will win this war.”
Johnson’s visit was the start signal for the long announced Ukrainian ‘counteroffensive’ towards Kherson.

UN’s nuclear watchdog has no way of saying if damage was accidental or deliberate, Rafael Grossi says
The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Rafael Grossi has confirmed that damage had been done to the Russian-held Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in Ukraine, but refrained from naming the guilty party.

I thank Under-Secretary-General R.DiCarlo for her briefing. In the context of the briefing I would like to point out that we’ve heard her words that the electricity of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant belongs to Ukraine. I would like to draw attention to the fact that we have not heard such words from the representatives of the UN Secretariat regarding the frozen Russian financial assets or the Syrian oil, which were stolen by the US authorities, who illegally occupied part of the Syrian territory.
The news about the war in Ukraine is getting so fake that even an amateur can debunk it no time.

The UN doesn’t want IAEA monitors to confirm Kiev was shelling the power plant, says local administration
Members of the UN are blocking a visit by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant (ZNPP) so they can avoid confirming Kiev shelled the Russian-controlled facility, local official Vladimir Rogov told RT in an interview on Monday.
The only possible explanation for this shocking stance is that the West has become so desperate to stop Russia’s slow but steady advance throughout the latest phase of the Ukrainian Conflict that its ideologically driven elite are literally willing to sacrifice their own people’s lives and that of future generations in a last-ditch gamble to bring that about. Their citizens, meanwhile, obviously don’t approve of this but are powerless to shape the course of events.
