Telephone recordings are presented where Lorenzo Mendoza, owner of Venezuela’s largest business conglomerate, talks openly with Ricardo Hausmann, an economist and financial operator, about his plan to indebt the country through a multi-billion dollar loan from the International Monetary Fund.
